About Us
Family Physicians Clinic was established in November, 1967, at 606 S. Broadway in downtown McAllen. At that time, the hospital was located next door to our office and the doctors practiced actively at the hospital as well. When the hospital moved to Expressway 83, we stayed downtown and continue to practice at the same location today.
In 1982, we discovered that some of our patients were not getting the care they needed because we were open while they were at work. We decided to open Valley Night Clinic to give our working patients an option of getting treated "after hours". Hence, Valley Night Clinic was born and has been continuously open every night of the year from 6:00 PM to Midnight, including during hurricanes and holidays.
We have four doctors who are all equal partners at Family Physicians Clinic and three doctors who are all equal partners at Valley Night Clinic.
